Refund policy
We want your shopping experience here at Foster Brothers Diesel Repair to be nothing less than amazing! If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try to make it better! Please make sure to double check your items before placing your order. Once your order has been placed, we CAN NOT alter, change, or cancel any order. If you have any issues with your order please email us before you place your order. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any defects with your order, you must email us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the defective item, a picture of the defective item. You may email us at bandh@dieselrepair.org
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, at this time, ALL sales are Final. Only exception is if you receive an item with a manufacturer defect.
Refunds
All sales are final and are nonrefundable for a return, refund, or exchange UNLESS there is a manufacturer defect.
All personalization items are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
